Martini Brauerei

Die Martini Brauerei, ursprünglich Privatbrauerei A. Kropf GmbH & Co. KG, wurde 1859 von Adolf Kropf in Kassel gegründet. Sie zählte einst zu den größten Brauereien in Nordhessen, wurde jedoch nach einer bewegten Geschichte im Jahr 1997 der Einbecker Brauhaus AG einverleibt.

Die Brauerei produzierte in der Vergangenheit auch die Marke Martini Alt, die heute jedoch keine Rolle mehr spielt. Stattdessen wird nur noch das Kasseler Jubiläumspils gebraut. Schade.
